HOW TO GET THERE

The Ciutat Esportiva Blanes (Sports Centre) is a first order sports facility. It has a strategic location so it is located on the entrance door of the Costa Brava and it has versatile spaces that can lay out and produce all kind of events:
Sporting events: basketball, football, handball, gymnastics, badminton, sport dancing, twirling, martial arts, tennis, volleyball, hockey skates, figure skating, aerobics, gymnastics, chess…
Other kind of events: artistic, social, business, cultural, academic, scientific, fashion, etc.. Such as music concerts, theatre festivals, conferences, conventions, trade fairs, exhibitions, workshops, advertising sessions, film and television set.
The sports pavilion is the most important part of the Sports Centre and within the sporting circuit is considered as one of the most innovative and important throughout the State with 7.000 m2 of surface and 6 regulation tracks in use at the same time.
The 40,000 m2 building has 4 floors, one level below the street where the parking for 360 vehicles is located. On the upper floors we can find our sporting spaces and complementary services described below:
PISTA VERDA(green track)

Exercised sports:
Basketball, football, handball, gymnastics, badminton, dancing, twirling, martial arts, tennis, volleyball
Other Events:
Versatile track with a total capacity of 14.500 people to hold Artistic events, social activities of companies, cultural, academic, scientific and fashion events, etc ...such as concerts, theatre, festivals, conferences, conventions, trade shows, exhibitions, workshops, meetings, advertising, ...
Characteristics:
- Sports field x4 (4 places across a 20x40 m or 20x40 m two central places)
- Total available area: 4.100 m ²
- Length: 93,52 m
- Width: 44 m
- Working height (the first obstacle is the basketball baskets): 7,5 m
Ground: Synthetic
Changing Rooms: 12 changing rooms for players and 4 changing rooms for referees
Sports results: 4 scoreboards in the whole hall. Every court has his one scoreboard.
Stand capacity: 1.300 spectators
Track capacity: 16.440 people
Configurations: We have established a system of curtains for the division of the hall.
To divide the 4 courts we have 3 white and fire-resistant divider walls.

PISTA BLAVA(blue track)

Exercised sports:
Basketball, football, handball, hockey, badminton, figure skating, twirling, martial arts, tennis, volleyball
Other Events:
Artistic events, social activities of companies, cultural, academic, scientific and fashion events, etc ... such as concerts, theatre, festivals, conferences, conventions, trade shows, exhibitions, workshops, meetings, advertising, ...
Characteristics:
- Sports field (20x40 m)
- Total available area: 1.044 m ²
- Length: 30,72 m
- Width: 23,30 m
- Working height (the first obstacle is the basketball baskets): 8 m
Ground: parquet
Changing Rooms: 4 dressing rooms for players and 3 changing rooms for referees
Sports results: 1 sports scoreboard in the square format, which can be seen from every side.
Stand capacity: 1.710 spectators
Track capacity: 1.320 people

PISTA VERMELLA(red track)

Exercised sports:
Basketball, football, handball, hockey, badminton, figure skating, twirling, martial arts, tennis, volleyball
Characteristics:
- Sports field (20x40 m)
- Total available area: 1.190 m2
- Length: 43,4 m
- Width: 26,2 m
- Working height (the first obstacle is the basketball baskets): 7,9 m
Ground: Parquet
Changing Rooms: 6 changing rooms for players and 4 changing rooms for referees
Sports results: 1 electronic scoreboard
Stand capacity: 270 spectators

PISTA GROGA(yellow track)

Exercised sports:
Martial Arts: Aikido, Karate, Judo, Jiu-Jitsu ... Gymnastics, gymnastics targeted towards children aerobics...

- Sports field x3 (13,60 x 14,44 m)
- Total available surface-to-door: 208 m2

- Working height (which is the first obstacle): 6 m

TRAINING ROOM GYM
Sports can be practiced:
Spaces for indoor activities for small groups: steps, aerobics, yoga, Pilates, etc.

PARKING
359 parking spaces on the underground floor of the building are available. Free entrance through two-way tunnel.

ACCESS

From the parking area, visitors can enter the hall of the pavilion by two staircases and an elevator.
Public Access: The viewer can also use the parking spaces. To the tribune of each hall he passes also through an elevator or stairs. The access to the tribunes is located on the second floor ..
Access to the main gate: For the viewers who come on foot; The main entrance can be used. From here you can also get easily to the tribunes of the halls. The green, blue and red hall on the ground floor and the yellow hall on the 1st floor.
